Goliath of Gath

(This is an answer to Blaze posters who mocked God’s word.)

To all the naysayers:

Yes, there was an extremely large man, by name Goliath of Gath, who was a perpetual agitator of the Israelites. (Similar to all mockers here)

He was between 9 and 12 ft tall, depending on your interpretation of a cubit. Either way, Goliath was an arrogant huge fool.

David the left hander said: Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.

Yes, one stone, aimed and thrown perfectly, not only landing between the eyes, but sinking deep into the forehead, so yes, a man could easily be killed with this kind of weapon. Men have been killed with paper clips for God’s sake. This ‘word’ that you deny or mock, has wore out ALL hammers against it, and remains.

But the point you may  miss Mr. Sceptic, is the battle was not David’s. And yes, this happened as sure as you are reading this. After you are gone; some other fools will come along and regurgitate the same argument, and they too will be left in the dust with useless commentary, but Goliath is dead, and the God of Israel is the true God of heaven.
