It’s the heart I tell ya

Train up a child the way he should go.  Okay, you have seen the training, I mean video, a young punk (with apologies to true punks who are mischievous but not devilish) boasting of ‘how to stab a Jew with a knife.’

Image result for tap water

Miss Juniorette cannot even ties her shoes, and here she is used as the poster child for the ‘religion of peace.’ Uh huh, sure, the model Girl Scout. Oops wrong culture.

Here is the perfect example of generational absurdity, passed down from the mindless to the thoughtless. This is all the kid knows, how to throw rocks, who the enemy is,  (I’m sure she can’t spell enemy if you spotted her 4 letters)  and how to carve a human being. Yep, some real good fruit here. Sadly though, the poor kid is a casualty of her parents misunderstanding and prejudice. (But there is hope for her!)

In light of the escalation of evil today, lest a person confuse killing for a just cause, as in self defense, with ‘slaughter for no cause,’ as the video suggests,  you may also want to consider the wisdom of God in His sending a flood upon the world of the ungodly. Did you hear that word ungodly? The idea of ‘the thoughts and intents of the heart being only evil continually’ cannot be stressed enough.

This tyke is no doubt mild compared to what her parents have already done, and the influence, hatred, and disdain for ‘others’ who do not carry their banner of solidarity calling for Jewish annihilation, should be clearly seen as the outrage that it is.

Yep, the world has gone sideways, and the image of a three-year old reciting the doctrine of death, while she has absolutely zero understanding, is one more proof of the existence of the living God, the reliability of the true word of God, and the absolute proof and truth of the heart of man apart from God.

There are no surprises in scripture, and fortunately the good book has a way of silencing the mouths of fools. So then by their fruits ye shall know them. Fathers of Girl and Boy Scouts do not teach their children how to carve their Palestinian neighbors.  As a matter of fact, here is the motto:

On my honor, I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.

Killing your neighbor without a cause doesn’t appear consistent with ‘helping people at all times,’ or ‘keeping oneself morally straight.’

The water at your sink does not spew forth poison. Then where pray tell is the source of this poison? Yep, this is the better question. And one with an easy answer.

The heart. Capable of the effulgent, and culpable for the devious.

Once more, ‘so then by their fruits ye shall know them.’ And by the way, rejecting the Creator is not too bright.

‘The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.’ Is it any wonder that the psalmist said: create in me a clean heart…..

Water. The Source. The heart. A triple play.

Now ColorStorm, you leave those terrorists alone! You really, really need to learn some tolerance. And quit trying to impose your view on them, and the rest of us as well.

What you really need to be worried about is the crazy Christians out there busy trying to indoctrinate helpless children with the radical, evil idea of…..the wonderful love of Jesus Christ and the grace of His Father.

    Shame on you.

      Good point wally,

Truly grace is radical. But any person without partiality should find this premise faultless, that these are some seriously bad people.

Is there hope? Yep, as stated.

Indeed, there is hope as stated. God offers hope to us all, even the worst among us. I actually had a little to say about the worst among us today. A song you know.

For He saved the worst among you, When He saved a wretch like me.

Again, you either miss the point of a post and it’s comments, or you are too busy copying and pasting your same tired comments to actually read what has been written.

My point was. I am constantly condemned for the fact that I teach children. And I do John, EVERY SINGLE CHANCE I GET!!. Just wanted to make sure you got that. I teach them all of the time. At least once a week in fact.

But you know what John? I don’t teach them about killing, I don’t beat them about the head with Hell and punishment. In fact, I don’t do the vast majority of the things I get accused of.

I teach, and I do. What I teach, John, is God’s love for them. I even sometimes teach the older kids how to not go into the world and fall into the horrible traps that are out there, Practical things

Know what I do John? I love them. I love them and I model the love Jesus has for them by how I love them. And guess what John? The world sucks. Many of these kids come see us, and that is the only love they get for a whole week.

So….you compare that with teaching a child to murder? If you can, you need help

  3. The troubling times in the Middle east—of Arab hating Jew, Jew hating Arab and the Christians being thrown in for good measure has been troubling, painful and frustrating to say the very least.
Had Abraham but listened and waited—however time, as he wrongly suspected, was not on his side—and therefore we now have both the children of Ishmael and Isaac vying for what God promised to Abraham’s descendants– as everyone continues to fight and hate for their rightful place and piece of the pie, or land whichever fits best.
There will be not peace in the Middle East until Yeshua’s return.

Yet that will be certainly scoffed and debated by the non believer, the misguided believer as well as by the ones who do not believe in Jewish and Christian prophesy. Yet that does not mean that we as a people cannot continue to pray for and work for a peaceful coexistent of the three divisions of Abraham’s descendants.
It is sadly a tit for tat existence to be sure…

God’s word was spoken to the descendants of Isaac–that was His decree—its just that we now all live with that long ago disobedience of one man. As disobedience only seems to beget more disobedience. Even the great David was a man of selfishness, sinfulness and disobedience—yet God still worked a mighty deed in and through David. David was a broken man, just as we are all broken. We much later saw the same brokenness in both Peter and Paul and yet God used them both in such powerful fashion.

Those nonbelievers among us will curse the notion or merely dismiss the notion of a God who would “allow” such chaos to exist—-falsely misunderstanding that the chaos is of man’s simple disobedience which truly goes back to the original sin and subsequent fall of Adam and Eve.

Humankind continues to disobey and act out by second guessing, not trusting, and disregarding God’s decrees —- ever more the reason for the need of Salvation as it was the only way to reconcile the created back to the Creator. But modern man has decided he is his own salvation as there is not need for religion as that seems to be the whole trouble in the Middle East to begin with, religion—
All of which will be debated, fussed, cussed, food for fodder and disputed until the end of time—yet it will be to the righteous who repent, honor the one true God and claim salvation in the blood of the Lamb who will continue to turn their eyes heavenward while demonstrating the loving and forgiving heart of the risen Son—–

  4. Well said, Colorstorm. Very sad, too.

When I was young I did not understand things like, “The Lord is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, forgiving iniquity and transgression, but he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, to the third and the fourth generation.” I did not understand many things in the bible that I thought were unfair and cruel and mean. God ever so gently told me to trust him and wait. I would understand when I was ready for some stronger meat. Alas, He was right. There is some darkness in this world that many of us simply do not comprehend and there is mercy even in that.

You bring up an excellent point about trust, wait, and meat. Tkx for this insanitybytess22.

I like to use the idea that geometry must wait before simple addition is mastered.

There is growth, maturity, and above all, your word there, trust that God cannot fail, and if we lack, then so be it, our understanding has not risen to meet the challenge. But there are no defects in Him nor His word.

I laugh when I hear people say ‘you are harming the children teaching them this and that.’

First, some have no clue what I am telling them, second, here a little there a little, foundations must be laid, and this takes time, patience, and discernment.

God expects us to use our heads, and I surely would not feed a kid a T-bone when all he can handle is Farina.

There is nothing in the creation account that a child can’t wrap his mind around.

Now Hebrews chapter 9 and ten……..yeah, he can wait for that.

Prophecy, same thing, all things in due time. But as you know, the greatest of these is love, and that is understood at any age.
