Others have written of the dance between the sexes, especially the chemistry of marriage, the impossibility of a union when left alone, the interplay and respect between the two, the give and take of male and female, that is, specifically between a man and a woman as this vid suggests. Insanitybytes22 comes to mind, as I recall the tango pics and ideas about the two becoming one.
Sorry folks, the genius of a Creator is clearly displayed by watching two people dance, even if it is only an act. But thankfully, the distinction between the sexes is no act.
Note the symphony played between the dancers, the footwork with the well placed hands and smiling faces, and the beautiful music. Note the progression on the young ladies face from tentative since a novice, to pure delight after ‘getting it.’
So to those of you who appreciate song and dance, enjoy this, and my fav? Hmm, easily the masculine and well suited voice of Cohen, with his harshness, his softness, his emphasis, his passion, and his spiritual undertones even if he thinks otherwise.
–La la, la la la la la lah, burning violin, Babylon, the children asking to be born, —
Full screen of course, and volume up a tad.
Ahh, that was just beautiful! I must confess, I Iove that masculine voice too, gravely, harsh, soft, passionate, all at the same time.
Look at how focused that dancer is, how he concentrates. He’s projecting himself into the dance so she will be able to read him, to follow, almost by osmosis. You can see the hesitation on her face, the uncertainty, until she begins to catch on, to realize he’s actually speaking a language she can read. Once that clicks, you can see the delight on her face, the confidence now that she can anticipate where he is going to go, now that she understands his signals.
The genius of our Creator, indeed. I sometimes say, “He wrote the whole story in a simple tango!”

Well, i confess ms bytes that I never saw the movie……….Pacino played that dance rather well with that focus as you said.
I had an uncle who was a rather big man, but boy could he dance lightly with his wife, was awesome to watch, like Jackie Gleason.
Tkx for the last quote, I would have cited you if I remembered. Ha!.
Male and female thank God!!

Would that be Lafayette, Louisiana, by any chance? Home of gumbo, shrimp creole, and beautiful Louisiana women?

No! It is Lafayette, IN. Home of Purdue University (Boilermakers). A factory town.

I love the fall in Indiana. The reds, yellow, browns but spring has always been my favorite season. It is like a fresh start in life. It is definitely compliments from God to His creation to enjoy the seasons.

Frankly, I suspect that the 23.439281° tilt of the Earth on its axis may have a lot more to do with establishing the seasons as the planet orbits the sun, than magic could ever accomplish.
CS SEZ: Do you notice arch, that whatever the subject, you must at whatever cost, try to throw a post into the weeds…. godlessness is not welcome in a world that God made good; unless of course by they who cannot see daylight. Song and dance is good. Time to say good bye here.

Arch, I wouldn’t blame CS if he did not post them. I can’t help but think your suggestions would not be appropriate for “polite company” as the British use to say. I was being nice not nasty.

Definitely many layers to appreciate lafayetteA, and dance pictures things that words cannot.
This is one fine comment, and I appreciate it, and your attention.
