A little detour

Surely you have seen the pics of the so-called  ‘immigrants’ parading toward the southern US border. But did you happen to notice that which the cameras conveniently avoid because it does not fit the template of liberalism gone sideways?

The model citizens, armed with 500 dollar tennis shoes, while laughing taking selfies on smart phones.

Stop right there. There are many Americans who can afford neither expensive Nikes, and who do not have iphones. Why doesn’t the msm see this?  Not so sure the truly homeless and destitute appreciate being cast in the same light as the well endowed.

Where pray tell are the addresses of these people so Sprint, Verizon, or Cricket can mail the monthly payment? Sounds like the word ‘oppression’ may have been overstated. How many hard working Americans would love to be so impoverished as to afford a thousand dollar phone with feet dressed to the nines?

Just sayin.

Ok.. so let me get this straight. You are saying that the MSM is not doing camera shots of the expensive Nikes and iPhones.. yet you managed to see (or some conservative website told you to see) expensive Nikes and IPhones? Or.. were there “conservative cameras” aimed at the caravan, perhaps from the Fox Ministry of Propaganda, only focusing on what the crowd was wearing and had in their hands? Maybe some had Louis Vuitton backpacks and handbags?
We can also dismiss the idea that any of them had pay-as-you-go phones, perhaps?

Here’s a thought.. let’s presume for a moment that you had to make a dash for the border to save your own life or that of your family.. “Grab what you can, kids.. let’s get outta here!” “Oh.. wait… in case there’s cameras don’t take your Nike shoes or your iPhones.”
You are presuming the mere possession of something even implying you could afford it places them into a category of “not being really oppressed” or, “not being poor, destitute, or looking like some huddled masses urning to breath free”.

Get real, and try forming your own logical opinions and quit listening/watching conservative media nonsense.

Tkx Doug for the visit, but my observation was not helped along by anybody.

I thought it was actually pretty good. Mainly, that what we ‘see,’ and what we are ‘told,’ do not match up.

But the larger picture is always bout politics- it’s not bout the chhiiillldren.

Btw, you should know that my opinions are mine, and I am solely responsible for the content. Lol

To presume in the least that the caravan was some liberal plot to upset Trump and his base uhhhhhh.. is a bit obsessive.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t imply Trump. You may disagree on other points, but you could not find the implication that you presume.

My analysis is based purely on what I see with my eyes, and what is avoided by the snowflake media.

Yes, the media is very good at avoiding what doesn’t fit their narrative. Instead of the truth of expensive shoes and phones, of the flags being waved from countries these people claim they are fleeing from, we get teary eyed interviews from women immigrants begging to be let in to the US.

Please. This isn’t an immigration caravan this is an invasion and should be stopped accordingly.
