Mr. Cohen credits Judy Collins in another place for ‘finding him,’ but in this swan song as it were, I see the hand of God in his life. Perhaps unknown to even him, this humble oration screams of a Creator, as seen in man who is made in the image of God.
The beginning, the speaking without notes, the center, the cadence, the cascade, ending with a finale of grace, is testament to the spirit of man which is able to interpret the deep things of life.
This is really worth listening to, entirely. All of us have a song unique to us, waiting to be found and played. Truth always finds the right chord.
